Reimagining Leadership for What’s Next
After more than 30 years in public education, including 15 as a superintendent I saw firsthand how hard it is for leaders to plan for the future when constantly reacting to the present. Creative Futures Collaborative was born from that tension. It’s my way of helping education leaders pause, think ahead, and lead with clarity in times of complexity.
At the heart of this work is a belief that the future of education isn’t just about tools. It’s about mindsets. Systems. People. And purpose.
